Stainless Steel Special Burners Atomizing Nozzle For MTP Reactor

Special Atomization Nozzle

The Special Atomization Nozzle developed by SMDERI is specially used for MTP (methanol to propylene) reactor. It is so called as MTP Nozzle as well. A series of MTP nozzles are set up inside the MTP reactor in order to inject the low temperature diethyl ether (liquid and gaseous phases) into the reactor and adjust the temperature to achieve a uniform temperature distribution in the reaction area, essentially matching the optimal reaction temperature.

Features of MTP Nozzle

  • Non-clogging and easy to disassemble;

  • Even feed of materials, precise controlled temperature of the bed and stable operation;

  • Granularity: 15 (accounting for 80% of total particles);

  • Atomizing angle: 20°- 30°;

  • Maintenance ratio is below 1/3 within each 3 life spans.
